June 14th. An Introduction to Roses & the Simple Vase.
Learn how to properly cut roses from the garden, the basics of processing and hydrating roses for vase-life longevity, their historical symbolism, and culinary/herbal uses. The simple aesthetic of arranging single type vased florals. Bring home your own roses from my unique rose gardens and vase! $45
July 12th. The Edible Tablescape.
The art of thinking outside of the box and creating tablescapes for parties and events constructed from vegetables and flowers of the season. Hosted at Aldaskellar Wine Co with complementary wine tastings while we sit and devour our creation. $60
